Question 1

How early should I arrive before a yoga class?

Accepted Answer

Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class, and 5 minutes early for subsequent visits. This gives you time to check in, store belongings in a locker, set up your mat, and settle into the warm studio before class begins.

For your first visit, the extra time allows staff to greet you, provide a tour, hand you a fresh towel, and answer any questions. Late arrival is permitted during the 3-minute intro sequence, but entry is not allowed once class content begins — this protects the experience for all participants. You can also check in ahead of time through the schedule page or the ALIVE app.

Question 2

How do I cancel a class reservation?

Accepted Answer

On the website:
1. Go to the schedule page
2. Click the "My Classes" tab (requires sign-in)
3. Find your booked class and tap Cancel

In the ALIVE app:
1. Tap your profile icon (top right)
2. Select "Booked Classes"
3. Find the class and tap Cancel

If the class has already started: You'll need to ask the front desk to remove you from the class.

Booked with a guest pass? Cancel on the same day you booked and the class goes back on your pass. After that night, the guest pass counts as used, so it can't be moved to another class.

Question 3

How do I book a yoga class at ALIVE Studios?

Accepted Answer

You can book a class online through the ALIVE Studios schedule page or the ALIVE mobile app. Select your studio location, choose a date, and tap the class you want to attend. First-time visitors can start with a Trial Month for unlimited access.

Booking is quick — pick your studio, browse the day's classes, and reserve your spot in a few taps. You'll see class times, the instructor, room, and how many spots remain. No membership is required to view the schedule, but you'll need an account to book.

Question 4

What time are hot yoga classes at ALIVE Studios?

Accepted Answer

ALIVE Studios offers classes throughout the day — from early morning sessions starting at 4:30 AM to evening classes as late as 10:00 PM. The exact schedule varies by studio location, but most studios offer 10+ classes daily with sessions starting approximately every 30 minutes during peak hours.

Popular time slots include 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 5:30 PM. Weekend schedules may differ slightly. View the live class schedule to see today's available times at your preferred location.

Question 5

Can I cancel or reschedule a booked yoga class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel a booked class through the schedule page or the ALIVE app. Open your upcoming classes, select the booking, and cancel it. Your spot is released immediately so another member can use it.

We encourage cancelling as soon as you know you can't make it — this helps keep classes available for everyone. There is no penalty for cancellations. If you want to attend a different time, simply cancel your current booking and reserve a new class from the schedule.

Booked with a guest pass? Cancel on the same day you booked and the class goes back on your pass. After that night, the guest pass counts as used, so it can't be moved to another class.
