FLUX FY-PFY-CB
Experience three 15-minute stages with impactful poses from flow yoga, power flow yoga, and cardio barre. Stay for 1, 2, or all 3 stages for a revitalizing workout!
FLUX FY-PFY-CB is a three-stage hybrid class: 15 minutes of flow yoga, 15 of power flow, then 15 of cardio barre, at 85°F and 50% humidity. Stay for one stage, two, or all three.
The three-stage FLUX classes are built as a ramp. This one starts with the unhurried breath-linked movement of Glow, our flow yoga class, steps up into the faster transitions and real strength demands of Wave, our power flow class, and finishes with the high-repetition sculpting of Particle, our cardio barre class. Each block is short enough to stay sharp and long enough to count, and because the intensity climbs stage by stage, you can get off wherever the day says stop. Fifteen minutes is also enough to try a format you have been avoiding without committing an hour to finding out.
What Does FY-PFY-CB Mean?
The letters are the stages, in order. FY is Flow Yoga (Glow), PFY is Power Flow Yoga (Wave), and CB is Cardio Barre (Particle). Every FLUX class is named this way, so once you learn the codes you can read any of them off the schedule.
Can I Stay for Just One Stage?
Yes, and that is the point of the format rather than a concession. You are welcome to enter and exit between stages. Fifteen minutes is a legitimate workout when the alternative was nothing, and stringing all three together is a full session with more variety than any single class gives you.
Who FLUX FY-PFY-CB Is For
- People deciding what they like. Three formats in one visit is the fastest way to find your class.
- Flow practitioners eyeing power flow. Fifteen minutes of Wave is a far easier first look than a full hour of it.
- Short-window schedules. Arrive for the stage that fits and leave. The format is designed around exactly that.
- Anyone bored of their routine. Three disciplines back to back, and the boredom problem is solved for the week.
What to Expect
Moisture-wicking clothes and water. Mat, towel, and any equipment are provided. Expect the pace to build across the class: gentle, then demanding, then relentless in a completely different way. At 85°F this is our most moderate warmth tier, which is what makes stacking three formats manageable.
How Often
One or two a week. FLUX is the variety day rather than the backbone of a routine, and it pairs well with focused single-format work on the other days.
Where to Practice
FLUX offerings rotate by studio and by day, so check the schedule for where and when this one runs.
