FLUX HY-HF-HP
Experience three 15-minute stages with impactful poses from hot yoga, hot flow, and hot Pilates. Stay for 1, 2, or all 3 stages for a revitalizing workout!
FLUX HY-HF-HP is a three-stage hybrid class: 15 minutes of hot yoga, 15 of hot flow, then 15 of hot pilates, all at 98.6°F and 60% humidity. Stay for one stage, two, or all three.
This is the all-hot FLUX. Every stage runs in the full-heat room, and the three of them cover the range of what a hot room can be asked to do. It opens with the static held postures of hot yoga on the Atom sequence, moves into the continuous breath-linked movement of Big Bang, our hot flow class, and closes with the controlled core work of Gravity, our mat pilates class. Hold, then flow, then brace. Fifteen minutes each is enough for the format to register and short enough that the heat stays workable across all three.
What Does HY-HF-HP Mean?
The letters are the stages, in order. HY is Hot Yoga (Atom), HF is Hot Flow (Big Bang), and HP is Hot Pilates (Gravity). Every FLUX class is named this way, so once you learn the codes you can read any of them off the schedule.
Can I Stay for Just One Stage?
Yes, and that is the point of the format rather than a concession. You are welcome to enter and exit between stages. That matters more here than in the milder FLUX classes: 45 minutes at 98.6°F with 60% humidity is a real load, and taking one or two stages is a sound decision rather than a shortfall.
Who FLUX HY-HF-HP Is For
- Heat-adapted practitioners. If the hot room already feels like home, this is the most varied hour available in it.
- People who want the whole toolkit. Static holds, flowing movement, and core work are three different demands, and this covers all three.
- Members sampling hot formats. Fifteen minutes of hot flow tells you whether Big Bang is for you far more cheaply than an hour does.
- Sweat seekers. Three consecutive stages at full heat produce the most drenching FLUX on the schedule.
What to Expect
Minimal, moisture-wicking clothing and a full water bottle. Mat, towel, and any equipment are provided. Hydrate through the day beforehand, not at the door. Our patented environmental control system holds the room precisely at target across all three stages, so the intensity you feel is the class rather than a room drifting hot. If you are new to the heat, take one stage and come back.
How Often
One or two a week at most, with genuine recovery between. This is a peak session rather than a daily driver. Fill the other days with Electron, Glow, or a restorative Aura.
Where to Practice
FLUX offerings rotate by studio and by day, so check the schedule for where and when this one runs.
