HOT PILATES at ALIVE Studios
Heated mat pilates for core strength and flexibility
Hot pilates at ALIVE Studios is mat-based pilates practiced in a heated studio (~85°F) with our patented dew point control system (US Patent 12,209,760). The gentle heat warms your muscles for deeper, safer core work, while the dew point control keeps the air breathable — you sweat, but the heat never feels oppressive.
What's the difference between hot pilates and hot yoga? Hot pilates focuses on precise, controlled core and strength movements at a moderate ~85°F, while our hot yoga classes hold static postures at higher temperatures (~92-100°F). Hot pilates is the choice when your goal is core strength, alignment, and muscle endurance rather than deep stretch.
Start with Gravity, our 45-minute heated mat pilates class, or try a FLUX hybrid session that pairs a hot pilates stage with hot yoga. Hot pilates classes run throughout the day at our Plano, Southlake, and Las Colinas studios, and every class can be modified for beginners.
