BARRE at ALIVE Studios
Ballet-inspired strength, cardio, and sculpting
Barre at ALIVE Studios blends ballet-inspired movement with strength training and cardio in our heated studios (~85°F). Using high-repetition, low-impact movements with light hand weights and resistance bands, barre sculpts lean muscle, improves posture, and builds balance — no dance experience required.
Particle, our 45-minute cardio barre class, adds dance and cardio elements for a heart-pumping session that stays accessible to all students. Spark, our 60-minute total body barre class, uses light hand weights and bands in high repetitions to improve posture and balance from head to toe.
Prefer variety? Our FLUX hybrid classes pair barre stages with hot yoga and flow yoga, letting you experience barre alongside other disciplines in a single visit. Barre classes run throughout the day at our Plano, Southlake, and Las Colinas studios, with every movement scalable from first-timer to advanced.
