PILATES at ALIVE Studios
Mat pilates for core strength, posture, and control
Pilates at ALIVE Studios is mat-based and practiced in our gently heated studios (~85°F) — warm enough to loosen muscles and deepen your range of motion, comfortable enough for any level. Every class is set in our immersive environment with floor-to-ceiling visuals and curated soundscapes.
Gravity, our signature 45-minute pilates class, builds health, flexibility, and core strength through classical mat work. Molecule complements it with focused resistance training from hips to shoulders, developing strength and flexibility through accessible postures.
Pilates is low-impact and joint-friendly, which makes it one of the best starting points if you're new to studio fitness — and a powerful cross-training tool if you already practice yoga or barre. No equipment experience needed: we provide sanitized mats, and every movement can be scaled to your level. Classes run throughout the day at our Plano, Southlake, and Las Colinas studios.
